Press release: Starmen summarize their career with a compilation album – Plus a new album in the works
Stockholm, Sweden — November 29th, 2024
With a hit cavalcade of melodic hard rock songs, Swedish band Starmen sums up their first five years with a double compilation album entitled, “The Best of Starmen – Volume 1” and the lyric video “Electrified”. The band is already in full-swing with a follow-up to last year’s studio album “Starmenized,” which is expected to be released in spring 2025.
In their first five years, Swedish hard rock band Starmen have released four studio albums, all of which received great feedback from the USA and South America, to Australia, Japan and Europe. But now it’s time for a summation of all of their work, in the form of the compilation album, “The Best of Starmen – Volume 1”, which contains 20 of the band’s previously released songs.
– ”While we are now releasing our first compilation album, we are looking ahead,” explains the band’s founder Kristian Hermanson, aka, Red Starmen.
He continues:
– “We got so many songs left over from ‘Starmenized’ and are finishing an album with a sequel that we plan to release this spring. But first out is this compilation album with a really good and representative mix of songs, which put Starmen on the map and cemented our place in the rock world,” concludes Hermanson.
“The Best of Starmen – Volume 1” is produced by Kristian Hermanson and will be released on all digital platforms via Melodic Passion Records in collaboration with Sound Pollution Distribution today, November 29, 2024.
